Azalea Sands Golf Club

Azalea Sands Golf Club, opened in 1972 and designed by Gene Hamm, is a classic golf course in North Myrtle Beach that caters to players of all skill levels. It features a decent course layout with challenging water hazards, clearly marked on the GPS in carts. Recent upgrades have improved the course and clubhouse, although some areas, like hole #10, may have temporary issues. Golfers appreciate the fast greens, especially during winter, but some fairways could be better. The pace of play can be slow at times, but the staff is friendly, making for a pleasant golfing experience. Overall, Azalea Sands offers a pure golf experience without homes adjacent to the course.
