I had called Econo-Rooter plumbing believing I had a kitchen sink clog that would need to be snaked. The woman answering the phone (I think her name was Debbie/Deborah? ) was beyond helpful, she got me schedule same day (on a Monday) and called me 15 minutes before they would arrive. When Joe arrived he found the problem straight away. It was a simple fix, he explained why it happened and how to prevent that from happening. Joe said since he "really didn't do anything" he would not be charging me a service fee and this one was for free, I was shocked and tried to still pay him something for his time but he declined. This business is awesome!! From the first day of contact with them to the installation of our hot water heater, everything was handled professionally!! The young lady in the office (Nicole I believe) to Joe the installer, they were great!!I would highly recommend this business!!!

Had an awesome experience with econo Rooter, Joe came out to run a gas line to our new generator, he was super nice , he even took time to address other plumbing issues in our home will definitely use this company again
