I hardly ever write reviews, but place has inspired me beyond belief! I moved here a few years ago from a large city with so much competition in all areas of business. Being a business person most of my life, I am very discerning. It’s taken me this long to find a place with such talent and remarkable customer service until now. I would describe it as a boutique salon where the owner, Bill, understands, not only hair, but talent. He hires the best stylist with experiences ranging in all sorts of procedures. Bill has an exceptional dedication to the clients and the quality of service provided at the salon. I have difficult hair and he went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the outcome. All of the staff are friendly and skilled professionals, you can tell they really enjoy what they do. The salon also has great availability, especially given that it is a busy salon in the center of Mount Pleasant. Thank you!

Kelly was very good with her skills and I love my haircut. It would be nice to have padding in the sink bowls and to have the scalp massaged for a few minutes. The one thing I did not like was the towel they put on my just shampoo head smelled like mildew. It was so gross. I love clean linens. It was rough and quite stinky. Everything else as 100%! I will go back. I'm dreading the stinky towels.
