Rome is a great guy. He was available anytime we needed to look at a house and willing to spend a lot of time answering our questions throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable about the area as well. We would recommend him to anyone and we look forward to using him again.
Rome was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive. I was looking for information property in Loris, South Carolina and he was very knowledgeable about the local market and values. I highly recommend calling Rome if looking for real estate in Horry county or anywhere in South Carolina.
My wife and I currently live in NJ, We are at a point in our lives where we want to slow down a little bit, and cut our cost of living. Needless to say; NJ is not the place to accomplish that goalFor various reasons, we've decided that South Carolina would be a good fit for us. My wife began searching out properties a few months back and compiled a list.She connected us with a realtor in SC and we decided to make the trip down to check out the area and about 14 properties. We sent the list to the realtor and he told us that we should choose the top 4; that's all he would be willing to show us. He stated, "I'm not going to be your unpaid Uber driver."With that; my wife Googled realtors in Horry County, and Rome's name popped up. She contacted him, told him what we were doing, that we were actually in the middle of the 650 mile trip, and gave him the list.The next morning we met him at his office and he took us all over the county to go through various houses. He was patient and answered all our questions, as well as supplying us with information to questions we never thought to ask. We met up with him the following day and did the same thing.We didn't find exactly what we were looking for, so we will be making the trip again in the very near future; and we'll be working with Rome again.Thanks Rome for giving us a very positive experience... see you soon!
