I appreciated, Yuiy so much because he was really helpful in explaining the new system to me, and on top of it all Yuriy and Dan finished earlier than expected, which in and of itself was a big deal because I have an attic system and believe me, they worked and worked hard. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants the job done and wants it done right the first time. We have been using Cassell for the past 3 years and the time has finally come for a brand new sysytem. Gabriel Flores came out to discuss our options and he was so professional and personable. He took his time to explain the issues with our current system and everything we need to know about our new system. We really appreciate how seamless and easy he made a stressful process become. Arrived on time and quickly completed work to aid in the installation of the Rinnai tankless water heater. He removed the 3 independent circuits the old tankless electric water heater used and cleared the old wiring from the crawl space. I really appreciated his initiative and follow through on this job. I have recommended Cassell Brothers to my friends for their plumbing and electrical needs because of my great experience with the company.
