Had a very bad experience with Long Heating and Air, they would not honor my warranty. Said "internal error in our system misrepresented you as a warranty customer which caused this issue." Even though, I had confirmation from them stating I had a warranty. Called State Line, they were able to find our warranty and honor it. Helped us out tremendously. They were fast, courteous, thoughtful, and professional. Good honest people. They will be handling our yearly maintenance from now on.

Unmatched service and support. Eddie has gone above and beyond in helping me with al my hvac needs for multiple rental homes. He has helped me on the weekends and evenings both on the phone and through text. His pricing is very competitive and he’s willing to work with you when needed. He has been out either same day or next day anytime I’ve put in a service d request. Light years ahead of any other company I’ve worked with the last decade. Thanks Eddie and team.
