From start to finish he was polite, intuitive, professional, and punctual. Will went the extra mile to ensure that my installation went smoothly and timely. Will also provided his well versed knowledge in the art of carpentry to provide my family and I with the safest and cleanest shower installation possible.Cannot wait for more showers and baths to come.Thank you Palmetto Bath and Thank you to Will Barnette, I appreciate your humor, your patience, and your kindness.10/10 Highly recommend.

Would give them 10 stars if available! From the moment we met Mike, our salesman, who was professional, creative, and listened to our ideas. With Palmetto Bath there isn’t any of that, so do it today or you lose sales tactics. Then there was Chris, our installer. Chris is professional, talented, caring and always arrived on time. His attention to detail is remarkable! Highly recommend you ask for him to be your installer! The new shower exceeds our expectations!!! Thank you Palmetto Bath for our dream shower!

Gabe (the main installer) and Brandon were very professional, pleasant and thorough. My shower install was just finished today. From the beginning of the process and through completion, I have nothing bad to say, only positive. Gabe kept me up to date on everything. I’m super excited to start using it Sunday evening.Palmetto Bath has made me feel like I’m more than just a customer.
