East Cooper Medical Group - Crowfield Office

Highly unprofessional work staff. They schedule me an appointment for 415. They even tell there's a 15 minute grace period. When I'm in there, A nurse sees me and motions the "neck chop" no movement to the front counter and she then tells me they have to reschedule, even though i called and let them know i may be a few minutes late. As I get into my truck and leave they are calling me to tell me to come back up stairs they will see me now. I'm sorry but highly unprofessional staff. I don't go to Dr's much.
