Mr. Loc did a wonderful job. He was very compassionate towards my situation with the air. The first time he came out he went above and beyond to get my air fix. It was 88 degrees in my house. The second time he did the same thing. My family and I appreciate his services. This company is a great company. I will refer to anyone. Air & Heat Provider has provided the most prompt and efficient service of any company we have used over the years. Mr. Loc is probably the most proficient and courteous technician in Columbia and he gets it fixed the first time, every time. I highly recommend him and believe you will be impressed.

This company is knowledgeable, courteous, and they get to you in a timely manner. They explain what they are doing and show you what needs to be replaced and the reason for it. And the daughter is a sweetheart who goes on call with her Dad when he needs her. I highly recommend them.
