We have been customers for many years with Roto Rooter. I have written a review before, however, I wanted to add, if EVER there is a misunderstanding, or error on the part of this company, they will NOT stop until that error is corrected. They will not stop seeking the answer, and/or resolve. Joe Crabtree, is a problem-solver, a polite professional who shows empathy for the customer, who does not stop until he finds that hidden problem. I called Roto Rooter this morning around 9am and told them I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining. By noon a technician was here (Michael) and by 1pm the drain was cleared and Michael had his equipment back in his truck and was ready to go to his next job. He was very courteous and professional. I would recommend RR.

Prompt clear communication, clear expectations and expert service. A great plumbing company with excellent staff. Josh and Nina did a great job working with me and my plumbing issue.
