Called them out to fix what seemed to be a thermostat problem. By the time the guy was done, I no longer had air conditioning in the middle of July. I did have air prior to the service technician coming out. His work left me without air conditioning for ten days in the hottest part of summer. I have two pets, so I couldn't impose them on anyone. Besides the service fees, I had to pay for a room at a motel. I don't recommend these guys!!!
Needed to replace our old struggling unit with a new more efficient and dependable one. Josh came out and thoroughly evaluated our situation and explained our options. Install guys very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the entire process. Thank you Electric City Heating and Cooling!
