I have been going there for many years. I have held in my comments for so long but Tonya as the owner you should not be so judgmental on clients. I have never seen you smile or greet anyone when you come, especially me. You act like everyone is below you. I originally found the shop because I seen you makeup videos but after seeing you in person time after time, appointment after appointment you have NEVER showed yourself to be approachable.
