And if you forget detergent or fabric softener, you can buy it there, too. “*** Original 2019 Review*** I meant to write this last year- they do a FANTASTIC job and the employees are always pleasant. Front-store parking can get tricky though as someone already mentioned. If there's no spots at the front there is parking to the side of the building (although I don't know if its okay to park there- I'd call ahead and check just to be sure).Last year they hemmed over a dozen items for me ranging from my tops, pants and dresses to my husband’s favorite sweater. Price-wise I find them to be a tad pricey compared to others around... BUT... its fair for the quality of work they provide. Before finding Elite Tailors, I had been to a few other alteration places in RI where they charged less, and the quality reflected the price I paid.I hope businesses get a chance to read these reviews because if they do: Thank you Elite Tailors & Cleaners! I will for sure be seeing you all the next time my clothes need alterations :-)*2023 Update* I still go here for dress/skirt/anything alterations! Just last week, they altered a skirt for me and it fits great!“

Danny went above and beyond, walking me through every step of the process and bending over backwards to make absolutely certain I got exactly what I wanted, and what I needed. By the time the wedding rolled around, I looked like a million bucks, but I sure didn't pay that much! All this exemplary service and top quality product came at a price that was not only reasonable, but more competitive than any other tailor in the area I was able to get a price from, by a large margin. She suggested I only needed 2 large washers and not 3! The laundromat was very clean!! I loved the customer service and now I don’t mind that my washer is broken because I know where to go!!??“

“Competent, professional, and quick! Unlike so many businesses these days, the folks at Dexter cleaners jumped up when they saw me in the parking lot, and were respectful of my time. Off a few coats, and they told me they would be ready on the next business day, and they were. I forgot that I wanted a button repaired on each of them, so I called back. They immediately pulled up my account and told me it would be done. I didn't have to double check. I trust them to do whatever they say they're gonna do. I'm definitely going to use them in the future for all of my dry cleaning. The coats came out perfect, and I don't even know how they found matching buttons because I didn't give them extras. And I didn't think my coats had extras hidden in them, but maybe they found them. Anyway, this is a great company, and I wish more companies would follow their business model of old-fashioned respect for the customer and kind and courteous service.“
