I have a rental property and the main drain pipe clogged up.A friend recommended Sureflow Rooter Service. I called them and they responded right away and were at my property within the hour. What's best, is that hey had the problem completely resolved in 10 minutes and charged me half of what another company already had charged me just for going out without resolving the problem!Also, what bought me over to begin with, was that they were straight up front with the price and said that if they weren't able to fix it, they would not charge me. Sureflow rooter was the 4th place that I called after my antique bathtub wouldn't drain. The first place wouldn't open up a panel to access the pipes and wanted me to do it (I'm not a handy person). Sureflow did it without any issues. The second place wanted me to pay a dispatch fee which I didn't want to do if they also didn't want to open that panel. Sureflow didn't charge me a dispatch fee.The 3rd place no showed and when I called to figure out what happened, they were vague about when they would get to me. I called Sureflow and they came on time at our agreed upon date. I highly recommend Sureflow rooter and will definitely call Sureflow again with future drainage...read full review
