KEN IS THE WORSE PLUMBER EVER. I USED HIM AND HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. I CALLED HIM TO COME OUT AND REPAIR MY HEATING SYSTEM AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME OUT, WHO HAD TO CHANGE EVERYTHING HE DID. '0" STARSServices: A/C system maintenance

They are the absolute best in the state. They are extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I wouldn't go any place else.

The person I had to clean out my oil burner retired. For the last 2 years I had Ken's heating and oil come to clean out my boiler. Log story short. I had no hot water the last 4 days. When the bolier started it sounded like a plane was flying in my basement. I had TH Malloy come and with 10 minutes the probelm was resolved. The kid that came form Ken's the last 2 years put in the wrong size nozzle!!! This could have been much worse. I say the kid becasue he was very young. unprfessional, banging stuff, swearing profanities. At the time of the cleaning I called Ken's the next day and requested the kid never come back to my house.
