I have taken my 3 dogs to Ferguson for several years now and I can't say enough good things about this animal hospital and their team. I've worked with all 4 of the vets on staff and they are WONDERFUL, as are their techs.
As a pet owner who would go to great lengths to keep our animals well, I've never ever felt that they've taken advantage of in that sense. Dr. Hopkins is incredibly ethical and kind and just of the highest quality. Dr. Donahue and Dr. Deegan were amazing in caring for our elderly dog. We only bring our animals here and love Dr Donohue. I am currently in Exam Room 1 as he cares for my cat Sofia who I brought in sick w no appointment. Dr Donohue has come to our rescue more than once and we are very grateful.
Thank you, too, to the front desk staff who kindly triaged us.
When my 16 year old cat became extremely sick I started taking him here. I brought him to Dr Marandola. He was very compassionate, patient and good at communicating with me. All of the staff has been kind and accommodating to my stressed out phone calls over the past few months. If I ever get another pet, I would bring them to Ferguson.
