Throughout the entire process, the communication was consistent and clear, which I really appreciated. The team showed up on time, they were efficient, and took great care during the whole process, going above and beyond to protect my property. They put tarps on all my plants to ensure they were protected, and once the job was done, they picked up every bit of debris and every nail, leaving my property spotless. Midland Roofing and Dennis in particular were amazing to work with. Dennis was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry. Gave me a detailed estimate within days and it was not changed when the work was done.
The crew itself was on time and professional. They covered all our lawn and other areas with tarps to limit any damage and leftover materials. They were methodical in cleaning up as well. My kids and I went out searching for leftover nails after the job was finished and came away with one total between the 3 of us!
Coming from Texas I have had many many roofs replaced due to hail damage so I can confidently say this was a great crew and a great price.

Dennis at Midland was professional and amazing from beginning to end!
He followed through with everything he said he would do. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that I could understand(since I’m not a roofer!).
The crew did an amazing job on our roof! In less than 7 hours they were at my house, installed a new roof and everything that entails, and cleaned everything up! No nails to be found, just like Dennis said:-).
Dennis also recommend someone to do our gutters, which were up and completed within a week of our beautiful new roof!
