Place is amazing, staff is amazing! The female piercer is absolutely the best! She’s done many my piercings and helping change out jewelry. Patient, bubbly, great personalities and the place is very clean.

They used to have a really awesome tattoo artist downstairs but I think he left. They never answer the phone. They're not open when they say they will be open. They don't post all of their closures on Facebook like they say will. What it comes down to is that they have a very low say/do ratio and that makes them annoying to do business with.
