    We went to the parent/child experience. The facilities are nice and offer a variety of choices. However, I found the users disrespectful of the "spa" principle even with children. Which is a shame.

    This was my first Nordic spa experience and after living in Asia and experiencing the likes of Japanese onsen and Korean jjimjilbang, I was not that impressed with my stay here but it was still a good experience.

    The outdoor spa was a lovely way to relax after doing a bit of touring around Montreal. There are two hot baths, two cold plunges, two steam rooms (each with a different style), and resting areas including an infra-red room. Because it is outdoors and co-ed, bathing suits are required.
