When you call, you go directly to voicemail. You leave your message and it says they will call back within 48 hours. They NEVER call you back! Then after several messages and several times waiting 48 hours... you have no choice and you go all the way there. And the lady tells you that they always respond to messages. Listen Madam, read, listen to the comments and listen to your messages instead of lying!Since I have been at this clinic, I have left messages 6x and have never received a return to my calls. No respect for their patients. Not to mention that the health of your patients may worsen during this wasted time. Poor service!

This doctor should no longer practice he send me for an STI test instead of sending me to see a professional to check my bladder descent!!! Lost this one stiffly if I could give it -5 stars I would

On the door there is a sheet which tells us that it opens at 8 a.m. whereas it opens at 8:30 a.m. The secretary tells me that she will call me back, I call at 7:40 p.m. when it is supposed to close at 8 p.m. and I get the voicemail telling me that it is closed. The secretaries are not smiling and welcoming. (Not to say they look stupid). But the doctors are good, fortunately.
