The spa is amazing, with complementary juices and chocolatines. They make sure that there are always cold towels next to the hot tubs. The masseusse was fantastic and he fixed my back. Totally recommended place

I went to get a regular pedicure and the beautician I had seemed to be more into the tasks (picking up the towel, unpacking his tray, putting away things lying around) than taking care of me. Once my nail polish was finished being applied, another beautician told me that I would have to wait 15 minutes for the nail polish to dry before leaving. During the service, there was another lady next to me, who was having a pedicure and the beautician with her was busy and never left her station to put away or get towels and prepare the next section... I am a little disappointed with the service received. However, I thought I would pay for a quality service at $90 per pedicure.

Booked a couple’s massage here as I thought I’d try out a new spa. Our experience started out pretty good, the girl who booked our appointment over the phone was super nice & helpful. She was also there onsite & explained everything to us. I wish I knew her name!
The spa itself looks & feels nice, it was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the baths for a bit before our massage. We were told one of our massage therapists would be late, which was fine. When she finally arrived, there was not much of an apology for the wait but whatever. The massage was good.
