went there to get food for my sick cat that refused to eat for 2 days after an 18 hour flight , a nice man helped me choose the perfect food for him and now he's eating like there's no tomorrow !!! will always come back :))

When we came, a young woman who I believe comes from France answered us. She gave great advice (she has a degree in animal behavior, I think she told me) and she was really friendly and fun. And bonus for the parrot.

Brought my dog in to try a new harness (not my neighborhood but it was opened later) the man and lady at the cash were AMAZING with my nervous/reactive dog and even sent us home with a little goody bag ! Will be going out of my way to go back to this Chico store!
