I have 5 vehicles so it is very important for me to have a garage that is trustworthy and has the expertise to fix my vehicles correctly the first time. The only garage I take may cars to be repaired is Newman Auto. I have been coming there for more than 10 years. Dave not only maintains my vehicles but I also buy my tires there. Prices are as good or better than the big tire shops and I get better service. You will not be impressed by the way the garage looks. Nothing fancy, but you will be impressed by the service and the total cost on your invoice. (I have no idea why my location comes up San Francisco, I have never been there. I live in DDO.)

This is a small garage that doesn't have the kind of lounge or waiting room you would typically see at dealerships. However Dave knows very well it's job and the most important is that he finds solutions that are cost effective. He will not change something that doesn't need to be changed and when he does change something he will do it well for a fair price. My A/C stopped working a few months ago so I brought my car to the shop I was used to go. The whole bill for changing everything would have been close to $1000 (probably $1500 at Honda). Upon a good friend recommendation I went to se Dave and je changed a few relays and fixed the A/C compressor without changing it (the part in itself must be close to $500). Total bill was under $200 and it has been working great since. If your budget is more important than the free coffee and glamour you would find in a dealership then I would recommend going to this shop. Appearances are super basic but they are not important for me when I am getting my car repaired as I want the best job for the lowest price. This will be my go to shop from now on.
