“This review is long overdue! I’ve been going to metro laser for 7 years now and since I moved out of the Philly area, I drive from nyc to come get treated because I don’t trust anyone else. I can’t say enough wonderful things about their staff (especially Alexis!). I’m extremely anxious when it comes to skincare services and they have made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Everyone is super knowledgeable and they also don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. “I see Heather for microdermabrasion every 6 weeks. I started with a deal via Groupon in early spring but then was offered a great discount on a pack of 4 treatments and continued on (I was even locked in at the discount price for future 4 packs whether I included extractions or not.) Even with tip included, it's an excellent price when compared to other local options. I decided to have my first treatment done after coming off meds that had me worried my skin was going to become a hot mess, and continued because Heather was so nice, very thorough and the price made it feasible. I have noticed over 6 months my skin has been SO clear. I used to get a breakout that might camp out on my face and live there for ages without surfacing. Now I get the occasional hormonal zit that surfaces quickly and goes away overnight with drying cream. Overall my skin is also very even in tone, with improvements in fine lines/scarring... It's definitely something I want to continue to do for myself. The fact that they can schedule me at 6:30PM also means I can get there no problem after work downtown without leaving early!“

I went in and asked for my dead-ends to be cut off while keeping my length & they knew exactly how to execute my vision.With these guidelines at other salons, I have often ended up with too much or too little hair cut-off but I was so relieved to find a place where the hairdresser was able to combine intuition with my own preferences & I walked out feeling great!I also highly appreciate the dedication to natural products, as I left with my hair feeling healthy and happy!“
