Another customer, who had an appointment to inspect their overheated PS5, was assisted by Julio at the same location. The customer was "floored at the level of customer service" they received. Coincidentally, the customer's 2-year Geek Squad protection was set to expire that day, and the store had just received a shipment of brand-new PS5 consoles. The Geek Squad agents provided the customer with a brand-new PS5 God of War Ragnarok edition free of charge, even though the customer had only wanted to clean the fan on their 2-year-old console. Overall, Geek Squad has consistently provided exceptional service and support to its customers, going above and beyond to ensure their technology is repaired, installed, and set up to their satisfaction.
