Friendly I'll say that but disorganized. I have had my load for 2 yrs got a car for 6500 I wanted to pay off early so 2 yrs before and come find out I would save a 1000.00 not even worth it. They also pushed this tow coverage which seem good till today when needed to use its worth less could of saved on my monthly payment and got AAA for less and better coverage and my coverage expires in yr but have 2 yrs left on loan total rip off

Don’t waste your time. Staff seem very unorganized. Same day answer on applications seems false. Never got a straightforward answer on my application and had to call continuously to get updates.

I contacted Lendmark for a small used auto loan as I have had a previous loan with them before. After submitting the loan information and vehicle info that I was interested in. I chatted with someone who told me that they would process and get back to me. A week later and I heard nothing and the vehicle I had interest is was sold.So before I get the standard generic auto responds of "We apologize you had a negative experience. Please contact your local branch for further assistance."I would like to say that Lendmark isn't very professional in my opinion and doesn't respond back.
