“I usually do routine maintenance and repairs on my families fleet of vehicles. My usually reliable Pathfinder recently started running poorly. I couldn't figure out the problem and took it to a local shop. They experimented with the car for about a week only to return it to me in the same condition.I called Bowser and explained my situation to Jarrod. He expressed confidence that his team could diagnose the problem and I could decide about the repair.It was not an easy issue to figure out but the service team to their credit hung in there and diagnosed the problem.
