Azad and his team did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing my oriental rugs. They are very knowledgeable and passionate, and were kind enough to take the time to educate me about my rugs. Thanks for the great service!
My wife was referred here by some of her friends. We brought over several carpets that we had stored in our basement that turned out to have active moth infestation. We were instructed to leave the carpets outside and they would deal with them. We got very honest feedback at this point but decided to go ahead with the repairs since there was some sentimental attachment to these rugs. We anticipated the worst but at the end of the day the carpets were treated, cleaned and repaired better than expected. Really happy with the results and definitely felt like we were treated like family.
After my first rug purchase and realizing how professional and helpful they are there, I have since purchased several from them for the main rooms of my home. Honest, reliable, and truly about their customers. Thank you as we couldn’t be happier an it’s amazing how different our rooms look after adding these rugs. And to be honest, we love all the compliments we get from people coming into our home.
