Called on Friday 4/14 for a detail on a Dodge Ram at our place of business. The person on the phone said that they could not do it on Monday but that they could be here on Wednesday at 10 AM, would take 2-4 hours to detail inside and outside for a price over $350.00. No one called and no one showed up.... called several times during the first hour and could only get an answering machine.... so much for trying to give local business our business. Would NOT ever recommend, matter of fact I would say stay away.

Avoid!I had a Commercial Truck parked near there facility. I had them scheduled to detail the truck on a Saturday, they didn't show up or call to let me know they wouldn't be there. When I called, I was told they would be out the next day, on Sunday. They once again no called and no showed on me. I explained to them when I scheduled it was explained I had a driver flying up on Sunday to bring the truck back to us starting Monday morning. It is Monday morning; I haven't gotten an explanation or apology from anyone, and they are ghosting my calls. I now have a driver I have to pay extra time to take this over to a detail shop. James the Owner went above and beyond to detail My car that had been effected by a accidental overspray of a sealant at My home. It was a hard job and I was so happy when I picked it up 6 Hours later. I would recommend The Elite Services to anyone! My car is shining!?Services: Clay bar treatment
