Tried to get my uniform dress altered. A simple airline dress. All it needed was to be hemmed one inch. Lady was very nice, but then said $49!!! I was shocked! I have never paid that much for a hem! When I said that’s too much she said ok-how about $39. I said no! I don’t appreciate her style of up charging and then trying to banter the price. I will never do any business here whatsoever!Service: Alterations

Waste of time and money. Asked for my blazer to be taken in. Literally it looks exactly the same when I asked them to take it in. Such a waste of money -I don't have to waste. Needed blazer for an event which I now will not attend as I can't get this fixed again in a day. Maybe rather than the lady telling me what she thinks good, just do what I asked the first time. I'm so upset. Will never go back. She thinks I've been there 4 times so I guess ok to mess up my stuff but I've been there much more but check in under my mom number . Don't worry I drop her stuff off so she will no longer be back either! Don't waste your money!Service: Alterations

I dropped a dress shirt off to be pressed and the woman working said it is better to dry clean and press it so I said OK. Picked it up the next evening and the shirt still has wrinkles in the arms and lower part of the shirt. Clearly this was not dry cleaned or pressed. Hopefully can get my money back but will not be returning.
