Took my leather jacket in to be dry cleaned. Went to pick it up after a week and a half and it couldn't be found, I had to come back when the husband of the pair running the dry cleaners was in. Returned a few days later, only to have him pull a ruined jacket off the rack. He tried to blame the damage on my cats having pissed on the jacket, which never happened. Even if it had, that wouldn't have caused the rips and tears in the jacket. Sorry, you cut it on something sharp, and won't even acknowledge you damaged it. Better yet, my compensation...not charging me to clean it. What a joke this place is. If you value your clothing, go anywhere else but here.
