We recently had the pleasure of working with Nick from Universal Plumbing and Heating, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his expertise! We were struggling with terrible water pressure in our home and now could kick ourselves for not calling him sooner. Nick was super professional, humble, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. My husband and I are already planning to call him for future projects. AWESOME! Friday night, Labor Day weekend. Find a leak from a water pipe in the basement. Make the call and speak with owner Nicholas Vincent. Tells me up front what I have to pay for emergency service minus parts and he will arrive within the hour. Completes the work in a relatively short and timely manner. I was totally surprised by the bill he provided. Very inexpensive especially for a holiday weekend. Tipped him $50.00 for provided services. Excellent work! The point I want to make clear is that Mr. Vincent was the consummate professional let alone a very good communicator. (A great sense of humor as well.)
