Kelly was informative the entire process with each step. She expertise was very much apperceive and she was very personable and friendly. She took a couple others while my hair was processing and her level of service is consistently outstanding with each client! I enjoyed my time today and the result are great! They were able to get to me right away and did the cut the way I asked them too but I feel like it was lacking in quality. The woman cutting my hair went quickly and I felt like she could have been more detail oriented.

First photo added is my disaster I created and second is the absolute wonderful amazing job miss kellie did and transformed for me!! Love love love it!! I have to say I came in with a hair disaster due to my own doings lol I came in with high hopes to get my hair fixed and YES to a shade of BLONDE I wanted! Kellie (I hope I spelled her name right :) ) HANDS DOWN! Did a FANTASTIC JOB! She guided me through it and ensured that she would do everything to keep my hair a light blonde to the best of her abilities given with what I did to my own hair!
