I lost power to my kitchen over the weekend. I made the call on Monday, my day off work, and they were able to send someone out that day. Turns out I had bad wiring in my junction box. The tech fixed everything up super quick and the price was affordable. Not sure where the 1 star ratings are coming from. If you're looking for quality and affordable electric work, then these guys are for you!Service: Electrical power restoration

Although the electrician was 1 1/2 hours late, he did an outstanding job. Bob changed 5 outlets to 3 prong for us. However, his biggest challenge was replacing a 67 year old hood range with a new one. He did a fantastic job getting the old one out and installing the new one, even utilizing a part from the old fan part to make the new one fit. He tried to make sure he cleaned everything up afterwards. In the future I would recommend a phone call to alert a customer they are running behind. Other than that I will definitely be using them again and recommending them.Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation

We had an electrical emergency. Called Omega and they were here within a half-hour. They arrived, assured the situation the situation was safe . . . and we asked them for a quote on some work we'd been considering for a while. Got a reasonable quote within short order. Revised scope somewhat and finally determined final project. They made the appointment and stuck to it. They communicated well on the front-end, showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do (and even a couple of small detail extras!). Professional - they confirmed our expectations at the front-end of the job and checked in with us through their work. I don't remember the names...read full review
