Isabella is one of the most skilled electrologists I’ve been to. Her ability to customize her technique for each ethnicity making it safe and effective for everyone. She is fair and honest about the amount of time each treatment takes.
I had my consultation appointment with Isabella and she was amazing at explaining and recommending services. Everything felt really genuine compared to the spa-like places I’d been to in the past for laser. She very clearly sets expectations and I respect and appreciate that so much.
My first electrolysis session was with Kathy. She was quick and efficient during my electrolysis session. She was personable the whole time and made me feel comfortable while being zapped. What more can you ask for?

I highly recommend Zapster. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional not to mention fast and accurate, which is what you want in electrolysis sessions. I never have any hyperpigmentation and I’m always pleased with the results.
