Larry and Andrew are the real deal -- knowledgeable, professional, and good-hearted trainers with backgrounds in sports, physical therapy, and yoga. One-on-one sessions helped me overcome injuries and build a strong, balanced body. Group classes are challenging and fun, with a lot of individual corrections. They focus on building capable bodies with correct positioning so that you can get stronger, more flexible, and avoid injury. I highly recommend them.
