Saw Shameka N Bussie-Guest Staff was excellent, Bussie-Guest is a big disaster! I would give zero stars if possible. She was extremely rude and did not understand basic medical procedures, like testing vitamin levels. She refused to look at me when speaking, saying she needs to keep typing and looking at the screen. I said ok, I will wait until you are done. She still refused to look at me or listen to me. She was masked with gloves. Perhaps she is mentally still in the pandemic. Thankfully, I left unharmed. Beware! I mentioned my experience to the front desk staff, and they said many patients say the same thing about her. Yikes! Run!

I have been going to one of the primary care physicians at this practice and unfortunately had to switch to a new doctor because of how terrible the front desk and administrative staff are. They have nasty attitudes and do not have compassion and patient care experience. My last straw was taking my mother to her sick appt who was clearly in a serious amount of pain and them being dismissive and disregarding of her when she was literally 30 seconds late to an appointment. It’s unfortunate that patient care isn’t a priority for Jefferson and their staff.
