Incredibly compassionate Vet and staff. My Melly is not the easiest patient, especially when in pain. Everything has been a great experience, from making an appointment, checking in to having my Melly taken care of. This is the very first place that knew how to handle , hold, and knowledgeable about cats. I am so impressed.. I will tell all my fellow cat lovers about this clinic. Love this place, they took great care of my Melly.

Honestly the best experience at a vets office ever! My Melly had a ruptured anal gland and she was not happy at all but the vet and vet tech knew exactly how to handle her. Clean and friendly location, we had no trouble parking. This is the veterinarian clinic that I've been always looking for. If you have a cat this is the place to be. Seriously amazing place. Thank you all for taking care of Melly!

This local animal care group is worth the drive from University City! I initially received a direct recommendation for CHCC from a family member, and I am grateful for it. Every time I have encountered this staff in-person, they go out of their way to make sure that I and my cat are comfortable and happy. They always are clear, kind, and respectful about the way they communicate with me about my cat's health. CHCC also has a responsive phone line, and every time I have felt worried about my cat, folks have helped me troubleshoot my concern right away. What an incredible peace of mind!
