There is a reason these clowns went out of business. They charged me $850 to "fix" my 4 year old HVAC system claiming there was a leak in it. After a few uses, it was right back to where it began. There is a reason Mark Countryman went bankrupt. Get this, now he works for Leo Cob as a tech. Don't let Mark Countryman and any former Komfort Keeper techs work on your HVAC. Incompetent crooks!

wanted to use these guys years ago to install a new furnace. I had lots of questions on the installation to make sure I was getting what I needed. the sales guy, forget his name, possibly Scott (was not the owner) basically told me to go elsewhere and were no longer interested in selling and installing me a furnace. if you go with them dont ask too many questions and yes, this is the komfort keepers in Palmyra!

I've had great service from Komfort Keepers in Palmyra for over 10 years. They have honored every contract, and have performed service promptly and effectively on my furnace and air conditioner. I don't know who the other reviewers are talking about, but it's not Komfort Keepers in Palmyra Pennyslvania.
