You'll have to forgive that two-star review. I am biologically related to the poster of it, and I can tell you that this person has serious mental and emotional problems. My wife is a nail technician, so I understand that a hairdresser being open until 5:00 means you leave at 5:00. Meaning, if no one scheduled an appointment, by 4:25 p.m., if you don't have anyone coming in, you go home. Maybe a big corporate hair salon would stay open and not close the doors until exactly the posted closing time, but from what it seems to me you are a relatively small shop. So I mean yeah, you could wait a few more minutes, but before too long if anyone walked in off the street... read full review
