I was sitting someone's kitty for them while they underwent surgery. Things went fine for a week then the little boy stopped peeing and pooping. I offered to take him to whichever vet was preferred and ended up at Newville Animal Hospital. Service was quick and friendly. I liked Lexi, the vet tech, who listened carefully while I explained my concerns. The tech trainees were also friendly, attentive, and careful when handling Mr. Hunter. Dr. Hasco was great -- very friendly, gentle, and I appreciated how he listened, carefully, to understand our concerns and Mr. Hunter's symptoms. Wonderful practice with very very nice doctors! The doctors and staff treat my pets very well. My Pomeranian, Randy, is afraid of shots. The doctor always puts peanut butter on a tongue depressor to distract Randy while he is getting his shots. Great staff who care about the pet's personality and comfort!
