Sears Appliance Repair

Tom was great. On time, friendly and made the repair quickly. My only concern was why it took so long to get the appointment. The parts came in on 4/17 so very disappointing to have to wait so long.

Sal was great! He was very friendly, and explained the various options on how to proceed with the appliance that he was servicing. He was honest in his suggestions, and took my situation into account, which I greatly appreciated. I, unfortunately, have to purchase a new appliance, but the overall service experience was great.
