They are a professional hair salon with very talented and knowledgeable stylists who listen to you and combine that with their professional experience and know how. The result is a cut/look you are very happy about. Cost is on the higher side but the talent makes it worth it. I trust their opinion for whether or not to make a change. I'm happy.
