Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center of Lemoyne

It took two trips to tires + two trips to Ford. The fourth trip to this Ford quick Lane is the trip that got it fixed. The first two trips to tires plus and the first trip to Ford, (not the quick Lane), each time I told them the tire was out of balance I thought; and that I needed it to be taken off the rim, cleaned, re-balanced, and put back on the rim. Each time I was told either it was done or that it was another issue. None of the times it was actually done. The quick lane finally did it did it right and showed me a photo. Have been there twice in the last 2 weeks once for my spare car having axels put in and second for my wife's car getting Inspected. I was greeted by Anthony who was very friendly and professional. He was also very helpful walking me through the process of ordering the parts I needed and getting fit into their tight squedule. The work was done in a timely manner and im very happy. I will be bringing my truck in to be Inspected very shortly as well. Great customer service.
