Steve was great to work with, very responsive and always on top of communication. It has been about a year now since our first project and all is well! We plan to work with them again in the future for further window/doors projects!

We had an exterior door and two windows replaced in 2023. Working with Steve and his team was a great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and a thoughtful and helpful installation team.Steve went the extra mile for us in communicating with the original manufacturer of our door to identify if they would honor a replacement warranty (they did, and it saved us a lot of money)!We are delighted to support small businesses in our community, and it is easy to do when you're able to work with a business such as Susquehanna Valley Door and Window!

What a great company! We had a phenomenal experience with Susquehanna Valley Doors & Windows. We had two of our exterior doors replaced, including our main entry door, about a year ago. The doors are great quality & have made a noticeable difference in the temperature maintenance of our home. Steve was incredibly responsive from our quote through to follow ups to make sure we were satisfied. They also offer multiple payment plans that make the services doable on a budget. We are going back to them for a quote on another door here soon! We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
