Had some keys made. The one I had he had some difficulty with as it wouldn't line up perfectly. Guaranteed he would fix if they didn't work. Tested all 4 when I got to work and they worked perfectly. Very pleased with the service I received here.
They replaced my keypad lock and dead bolt. They had a cancellation so came out same day. Did a great job. He explained how everything worked and even made me new extra keys. I would highly recommend them I would give them a 10 plus. Check phone number one of them is wrong.
I’ve been using Russell’s for most of my apartment’s rekeying and door work (i work in real estate) for a few years now and they are great to work with. Quick and responsive with reasonable prices.
