Great service; great guy. Prompt, efficient, effective, always up front, provides what is necessary, and never 'oversells'. An an aside, Ron's father-in-law (who minds the store while Ron is out) is very jovial, with a heavy Jersey accent. Also, parking in the new location is much easier.
This is the place you want to go, and the guy you want to know! Lancaster Computer Company is my go-to for all tech needs. There have been several pivotal moments as a student and small-business entrepreneur where my tech has crashed and seemed beyond repair, causing me to lose several vital documents and projects-- and to almost lose my mind! I came to Ron nearly in tears, and his warmth and competence greeted me in that crisis. With Ron and Lancaster Computer Company, there is always a solution to be found. Ron has gotten me, and my business, out of several serious issues with tech. He always greets me at the door with a smile and a wise joke :), and treats my case like its all that matters in that moment-- even though he has a gazillion other screens staring at him waiting for repairs. I have brought water-damaged motherboards, "the blue screen of death," glitched-out partitions, system cloning, and outdated hardware to Ron.
