I visited Utopia, Hawley today for the first time for a facial & it was absolutely FANTASTICAL!?
The arrival and departure process at reception with MICHELLE was smooth and easy. In fact, it was so seamless that I didn't even have a chance to get her name. I had to call back later to ask for it so I could include her in this review.
The serene ambiance of the treatment room was a delightful surprise compared to other spas I've visited.

I really like this place all the workers are very nice and do an amazing job I love my hair cut. They also play the best music lol my favorite they played while I was there was Hey There Delilah.
