Everyone there is so helpful! I am a first time pool owner and I thought I would have to do my own research and get all the supplies at Lowe's. Nope sure didn't and thankfully I found LA Pools!!!

Have been going to LA pools for years & have received excellent and honest service. Had an altercation with a man in the parking lot this morning and it continued into the store where the man continued to be hostile. I turned & left the store. One of the employees followed me into the parking lot & offered to take my water to test while I waited until the man left. When I returned to the store they had told the man to leave as he became aggressive towards the staff. They went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable
