Initially called and dealt with Shelia. She put me at ease and asked for appliance information so they could have the necessary parts on hand to hopefully make the repair the same day. Text the day before as a reminder. Jason was early to the appointment which I was notified by their text message app. He worked quickly and confidently to make the repairs to our fridge and oven. Very personable and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and we will use him for any future appliance repair needs!

Jason was actually early, which is very rare. He was very nice, and had our dryer fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call them if I need anything else. Shout out to his wife too. She is very nice.

Jason was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He easily found the problem with our dryer and offered suggestions on how we should move forward. We would definitely call on him again. Very reasonable in price.
